Coaster Architect 0.3 available - December 31st 2002

All the wavefile drawing works now. Some of the audio works. And finally i removed some functionality, but just for a bit so i don't introduce any bugs

I have no idea why i put this up here yet cause it doesn't do anything useful, but maybe someone will enjoy looking at it. If you somehow see this page, I need help with configure.in scripts as well as documentation and translation.
